Shipping And Policies

At Andy Babiuk’s Fab Gear we ship most gear to you FREE! All qualifying items and orders placed through our website qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground and is limited to the continental United States (unless otherwise listed). The shipping address must match your PayPal or credit card billing address or your order will be cancelled. Repeat customers can call to request shipping to an alternative address. Shipping outside the USA is extra, please contact us for more information.

We usually ship using UPS or FedEx. With the high quality of instruments that we offer we feel that this is safest and most reliable method of shipping. On special request, we will try to accommodate all special shipping requests. All shipments are fully insured. You can upgrade to next day or second day shipping at your cost. Please call us to upgrade your shipment. Customer pays all shipping on any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policies

Upon receipt if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped (except for layaways). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (to the customer and back to Fab Gear), insurance and bank charges that may occur. Any Guitars returned after the 24-hour Approval Period, and not exceeding more than two weeks, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee at Fab Gear's sole discretion. All sales are final after two weeks, no returns, no refunds and no exceptions!

Layaway and Special Order Policies

A 50% Non-Refundable deposit will hold any guitar or amp for 30 days!

Payment

Customers ordering merchandise via phone/internet may use all major credit cards through PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and BankWire Transfer (coordinates provided upon request).

For in-store sales we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and that green stuff they call Cash. For lesson payments only, we will take a personal check.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure PayPal merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible PayPal / Credit Card processing fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to sometimes be charged or canceled, we are unable to do it free of charge as PayPal / Credit Card fees are not refundable to the seller. Any PayPal / Credit Card fees will be deducted from your refund. We strictly adhere to this cancellation policy.

If you cancel your order or Special Order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, or for orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY applicable fees listed above - including shipping, restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees will be charged to your account.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Fab Gear Website.

The only personal information we collect is name, street and email address, telephone number and credit card information if applicable.
We use the personal information collected from you to process sales and shipping of our products. Such personal information as we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
